Velankanni Enterprises was established by Mr. Lancy D’Souza in 1994. We started this journey as timber merchants in Kavoor and after years of unrelenting hard work, we gradually entered into manufacturing. In the year 2008, Velankanni Enterprises opened its first factory outlet in Mallikatte, headed by Mr. Clinton D'Souza. Having successfully completed 27 years, our treasured company has served more than 6000 happy clients. Today, we are a full-fledged enterprise offering Interior Design, Customized Furniture, Modular Kitchen and Wardrobe Manufacture services. How We Work

1. We receive an enquiry from you
2. We request you to share the layout of the house/room/space, if available
3. We share photos of similar projects, made with different materials
4. The cost estimate on the material you select is shared with you
5. Once you confirm the pricing, we visit the site to take measurements and check sizes
6. You release 10% of the total payment as an advance — Stage 1 of payment
7. We prepare the design drawings as necessary and share them with you
8. The design drawings are discussed with you in-depth, to understand your priorities and preferences
9. Your feedback is taken into consideration, and we make changes in the design accordingly.
10. You release 50% of the total payment — Stage 2 of payment
11. We manufacture the products in our factory
12. You release 35% of the total payment — Stage 3 of payment
13. We assemble the products on-site
14. The execution is closed with cleaning of the site
15. You release remaining 5% of the total payment — Final Stage 3 of payment
